Forcella Ravioli

NEAPOLITAN SAUCE

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of butter, 2 x grated tomatoes, 1 x garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, a pinch of basil.

Preparation: Put the butter in a sauce pan. Grate the garlic, add the grated garlic and basil in the sauce pan and saute. Add the tomatoes and cook for 5-12 min. approximately until it thickens. When it thickens remove it from the oven. Add salt and black pepper. Bon Appetite.
